Hi, can you tell me if WiFi calling is compatible with the Xiaomi MI 10 T Pro please? Thinking of joining Idmobile on sim only.

Unfortunately at this current time, we don’t officially support any of the Xiaomi phones for WiFi calling.

Our officially supported devices list is available here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/wifi-calling

 

If you are thinking of joining, you can get a general idea of coverage from entering your postcode in the map here:

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage  Or, if you’re familiar with how the Three network is for coverage locally, then our coverage would be the same as theirs.

 

If you did give us a try, and it turned out your area was not ideal for coverage, you can cancel freely for coverage reasons in the first 30-days.

Simply post again here if needed and we’ll get back to you with a reply with any help.

I did see the list, but does that mean that there is no chance of wifi calling working on my phone?

I have found the setting on my phone to use WiFi calling and activated.

Hi @Oldrocker,

If your device supports the feature then it may work although we cannot guarantee that it will work. If it doesn’t then we would not be able to offer further support as it is not on our list of support devices. Sorry!
