I have recently purchased a new phone with ID network sim. My mother did too, and when she placed the new sim in the phone her iD number was immediately sent through to her so she could set up the iD phone and transfer her old number. Not only have I not received this message, but the SIM card is failing to connect and I haven’t received any confirmation emails from iD. This is NOT an issue with the handset, as my old sim worked perfectly well in the new phone as I waited for the arrival of a sim, having not been sent one through originally by iD. As I don’t have a number associated with my sim I am unable to get help and am feeling very desperate now. Please help me
