Whenever I send a text it says not delivered. I can receive a text but for some reason not send one
can anyone help? I’ve tried rebooting my phone

We are sorry to hear this. There was an unplanned outage on 16/01/21 which had caused the SMS issue. This has been resolved now so you should be able to send/receive text messages. Feel free to message us if you are still unable to send/receive SMS.
