Hi

 

Galaxy A70

 

Started receiving texts slowly this morning (e.g. verification texts), now not receiving any.

 

Wifi calling on/off doesnt help.

Phone on off/doesnt help

I’ve cleaned the sim card/tried in another phone

Tried mobile data/on off

Tried connecting to another network to prompt the phone to switch back to ID mobile (which I read can fix the issue)

Hi everyone,

Just to clear up what happened, we did have some network issues relating to the sending and receiving of text messages on Saturday, but these have since been fixed and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Are any of you still having the same issue?

I am experiencing the same issue with an A71 - I am currently on hold with the live chat waiting for a slot. looking at these pages today a lot of others are having the same issue.

It’s a known issue that they are apparently working on, according to the live chat technician.

Hi I am having same problem can receive iPhone messages but no others or send them

Hi everyone,
