Revert to previous plan.

ID Mobile Chat isn’t working and there’s no other way to reach advisors so I can get an update on my upgrade. 
 

Please help! Contract is rolling but DPD still hasn’t handed over the phone for several days now so would like it returned and previous plan reinstated.
