how do i change my back account for payment

When I log in to change my bank account number and sort code it will not let me save the changes and I get a red message as follows

“ Please enter valid bank account details”

 

Why wont it let me put in my new bank account details?

Ho there @neilsurf 

Have you since had any luck with this problem since your initial post above?

 

If not.  Had you been trying to change the bank details on our website, or using the iD Mobile App?  Could you potentially try using the other (i.e. try the iD Mobile App if you had been using our website) to see if that helps?

Are you 100% certain the details you’re entering are a perfect match with the active bank account of yours you’re trying to link to your account here?

I have tried on both the web and the app and it is not letting me change from an old bank account to my new bank account. Is there a number to call for some support?
