Biling date

Hi all, struggling to change the biling date and I would appreciate some help. 

I recently changed to a new ID Mobile plan and I was trying to change my biling date to the 1st of every month, I received the following message.

“You can't change your Direct Debit payment date, as you've already done this in the last 6 months.” 

 

Any one knows how to resolve this?

Hi @kkentw1993 

Just to check the obvious first of all.  Had you previously put in a request to change your Direct Debit date (in the last 6 months)?

If so, then that would need to remain fixed for 6 months before you can change it again from what I’m aware.

If you have not ever tinkered with the Direct Debit settings prior to this recent attempt you’ve mentioned, and something does seem amiss.  Then just get back to us here to confirm that and we’ll then send you a private message here to raise the matter to see if our Billing Team can shed any further light.
