I have submitted my request on the website to keep my old number, and given the PAC code.
The instructions state “We'll send you a text message within 24 hours to let you know your PAC or STAC's been submitted successfully”.
Does this mean that I put the new SIM into my phone immediately? Or keep the old SIM in for 24hours?

Please place your iD Mobile SIM card into your new phone, any text updates will be sent to your iD Mobile SIM.
