I do not understand my final Bill

I have received an email informing me of my final bill amount. which is fine. But it says to check items on the bill go to account which i have and downloaded my final bill, which appears to be different than the amount in the email?  Which figure do i pay?

 

Amount on Invoice is    Total amount due £34.01

 in the email it says  We're sorry to see you go. Just to let you know that your final bill is now ready.

Your final bill amount is: £41.17

 

Only asking as i would like to clear this today using a debit card, as i have cancelled the DD

Hi @Allentaylor72,

I would advise paying the amount where it mentioned the final bill amount as this would generally be what is left to owe.
