PAC not going through


I submitted my pac as I want to keep my number from my previous provider I have just received a message saying ‘We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect’ what do I do now?

Sorry to hear that some of the details were incorrect here.

We’ll need to manually process this with the correct details. 

Have you tried speaking to our Live Chat Team at all for this?

@Mohammed On the live chat all i get is a robot and that isn't helpful as it doesn't understand what the problem is. WOuld you be able to help? or is there a number I can ring?

Have you tried website form? Instead of the app? I did both and its magically worked today
