When I try to ring my friend’s landline from my mobile it will not connect. I just hear a click and it cuts out. I can ring her using my landline no problem. I have an iphone 5s. Also a friend is ringing me from her mobile to mine and it cuts out after a couple of minutes conversation. Just happened three times. What’s up? Ant suggestions please. Could it be something to do with my phone setting?

Are you able to make calls to other landline numbers? Please try resetting your network settings on your phone. You can do this by going into settings > general > reset > reset network settings.
Once done, please let us know how you get on.
