all I want to do is continue after my plan finishes on the 18th with a sim only deal ,who thought it could be so difficult. sent INFO AND DOB JUST KEEPS TELLING ME TO TEXT IT AGAIN EACH TIME . TOTALLY FED UP,

You wouldn’t need a PAC to continue your plan as a SIM only deal. If you have the iD Mobile App, you can change your plan to SIM only there if you’re within 20 days of the end of your contractual minimum term period.
Head to My Account > Upgrade and select SIM-Only to upgrade to a SIM only plan.
This SIM-Only option may not show until the last 20-days of your contract. In some cases, it’s only available when the contract ends.
