I initially set up an account for a member of my family using my email address as I pay the bill and wanted to monitor it that it was the right plan.
I recently moved my mobile number from Vodafone to ID but can’t register for an account as I already
use my email address on the other account. Each time I login, all I can see is my family members number and not mine, therefore I have no idea on bills/plans/upgrades etc which is very frustrating, and despite feedback given it doesn’t look like this will change anytime soon. Wish I’d never moved across.
