PAYG call rates out of bundle

I have been charged 40p for a call to a UK mobile that was less then one minute. Is that a correct charge?!

 

 Also 65p for a less then 2 minute call to same number

Hi @daryah,

Our PAYG charges can be found here. Calls to 07 numbers cost 3p per minute so it’s strange to hear that you have been charged that much, was the number a standard/personal one or does it belong to a business?

The number is personal

 

 The number was called based on a redirect I setup so that inbound calls divert to the number when my phone is turned off. Could this be the reason?

 Please advise next steps

Hi I have been charged a PAYM call rate 40ppm whereas my SIM is PAYG

Can you please clarify if ID Mobile can fix the discrepancy on my existing SIM
