Wrongly exceeded my call allowance

I have 500 mins each month to make calls but my limit is at 447 mins. Just made a call to say I have run out of call allowance but clearly have not

Hi @neilsurf, could it be that you’ve recently made a call that’s exceeded the 500 minute mark and it just hasn’t updated yet?

Are you trying to call a standard number, or is it, for example, an 0845 number?
