Is the Samsung Galaxy S21 Dual Sim?

Hi,

I am looking to confirm if the Samsung Galaxy S21 is dual sim and if it is possible to put 2 physical sim cards into the sim tray or is it sim and esim?

Hi @lypt,

The Samsung Galaxy S21 that we sell only has one space for a SIM card and is not dual SIM. The phone will support eSIM cards but as a network, we do not currently utilise the eSIM feature.

Would I be able to use an esim from a different network or would the phone be locked to ID Mobile?

Hi @lypt 

We can confirm all our phones are unlocked to all UK networks so an eSim from a different provider should work fine.
