Downgrade due

I was advised to wait until 14th May to downgrade (if possible) This date is now close so how do I downgrade?

Hi @Rustybus,

 

If you got to the iD Mobile App, and look through the plan change options, you can filter it to SIM only. These will show you new cheaper deals available to you.

Have downgraded but not to the original price (£13.99) had to accept £16.99, would have preferred the old figure as it’s only as a standby.

Hi Pete,

Unfortunately some prices may have changed, especially if it has been some time since your last upgrade. With plan changes, they can be done once every 30-days so if you want to keep an eye on the prices after the next 30-days, if nothing cheaper appears then please let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you.
