Pay outstanding balance


Good morning,

I have a direct debit with you which remains open. I log into my account this morning and it’s says that I have an outstanding balance on my account. Why is this the case when I am up to date with payments? I’m guessing that this is an issue with your systems which take time to run a report?

I had a Direct Debit taken yesterday and I have just logged in to my ID Mobile account and there is no red banner shown for me. 

 

Under My billing I have:

Payments received - £8.00

 

Have you checked with your bank and confirmed the payment was taken by ID Mobile? If it was, check that it wasn’t returned unpaid. Sometimes it shows a Direct Debit being taken and then credited back the same day or the next by the bank.

 

You can also see your payment history in your ID Mobile account by navigating to:

My billing > See my payment history

Hi @ps2mint,

 

Since making the payment, have you tried completely shutting down the App and then reopening it? This may refresh the display and remove the banner.
