ID reports no problems in my area but I'm unable to even open e-mails. Any ideas?

Really unimpressed with the coverage/network here in North Yorkshire. ID reports no issues but it’s a very poor service. I’m again unable to open e-mails or to make bank transfers.

No network problems reported in this area

This information is updated every 30 minutes.

 

Coverage is far poorer with ID than with Vodafone...always been fairly poor with ID but hugely frustrating and difficult to conduct a business.
