Bought a new phone monthly contract but SIM is not working. Tried every thing mentioned on website help. SIM says it is activated in my account. Emergency call only showing on phone. Signal is good. Refitted SIM several times and turned phone on and off and all other things mention, In settings “SIM card manager” SIM 1 shows as unknown - Unknown number. Tried a SIM from another phone and that works OK. Live chat on ID mobile web side does not work. Went back to where I bought phone/contract but not helpful (Will go back if I get no joy here)
