I am seeing the blue Live Chat button but nothing happens when I click it. I have tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox with security settings removed. Also tried various browsers on my phone but none of them open up the chat window. There appears no other way to get support as the 7777 number cuts off after telling me about the help web page.
I need help about an erroneous order. I was logged into my IDMobile account and tried to change my SIM plan but it appears to have ordered a new SIM instead.
