I have tried submitting my PAC details, but I get the following error when I click submit, “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”
I’ve tried online chat (but that didn’t work at all despite trying three browsers!) and tried to speak to someone on the phone, but again zero luck there!
Any help would be appreciated.

Messaging here in the iD community is not real-time, so you’ll need to wait for an iD advisor to get back to you.
However, if you want a quicker response try a social media PM to iD Mobile via facebook (https://facebook.com/idmobileuk/) or twitter (https://twitter.com/id_mobile_uk).
Alternatively use the iD Live Chat service, but do type-in “talk to a person” after you get connected on chat to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.
I’ve never had trouble using live chat from a web browser on my laptop or desktop PC. Some anti-malware and anti-virus software can stop iD Live Chat working properly. The iD live chat uses “liveperson.net” to run the chat session and sometimes this domain gets blocked. If you’ve blocked popups, this will also cause problems using iD Live Chat.
