Upgrade - better deal via Uswitch

I am trying to upgrade to a Google Pixel 4a via the ID Mobile Dashboard upgrade section but I’ve noticed there are better offers available from ID Mobile on comparison websites like USwitch. I do not want to cancel my number and start a new account, I want to keep my number and simply upgrade on my existing account but the prices are more than I can see advertised by ID Mobile on other sites. 

 

Can you help me with this please? As an existing customer, I should be given the best prices available like those on the comparison websites.

    I am having a similar issue, I want to upgrade on my ID Mobile portal so I can keep my number and switch easier than starting a new account and new number. I have found better deals from ID Mobile on USwitch, is there any way you can see if you can match these deals please?
