New sim not working.

Hi, I have a new contract and phone with iD. It arrived last month and unfortunately no matter what I do the sim card does not register on the accompanying compatible phone. I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions.

Hi @Valerie Kernaghan,

When you insert the SIM into the handset do you get any messages?

Also have you tried the SIM in a different device?

Can you also confirm if it’s a new SIM deal or from an upgrade?
