App down? Phone service down?

I have been trying to log on since the afternoon….still not working. Even the phone service is not working either. Very strange not even to get some information about an outage?

It came back next day. Its frustrating as it would have been better customer service if an announcement could be made on the phone service saying there was an an ongoing issue.
