Got data but no connection

I have recurring bundle, data included but for 3 days I can't get coverage and am without data, not sure what's happening, how can I rectify this please?

@Kel69,

Are you able to make/receive calls and texts?

Are all your bills paid and up to date. It may be worth testing the SIM in a different handset in case the handset has become faulty.

I checked and it says there's issues with the network in my area, waiting for updates. Thank you.

Thank you, I have resolved the issue, am not sure why all my allowances were capped as I'm on PAYG but after quite a while on live chat my text, chat and data are restored.
