HI. 

 

Unable to receive or send texts whilst abroad in Cyprus even though roaming is on.

 

Vodafone didn’t present this problem a few years ago.

 

Any ideas?

Hey @BJ Sheridan, is Roaming enabled on both your phone AND in the iD Mobile app?
