Can someone explain why a call to an 0162 number on the Isle of Man is classed as an international call and attracted a charge of £2.80?

Hi @galljw, like Guernsey, Jersey and the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man is not considered part of the United Kingdom, and is therefore classed as an international destination. You can find the latest charges for making international calls and texts here

Just to clarify, this isn’t an iD Mobile policy, but is standard practice across most UK networks, as you can see on ThreeO2 and EE’s websites.

Thank you,

Rory
