I’ve been with ID mobile for one month and everything is working fine except for calls from my doctor.
All other calls from mobiles or landline to my mobile work fine but if my doctor calls me from his landline number my mobile doesn’t ring. Instead I get a banner message pop up on the screen saying I have a voicemail message. When I go to voicemail there is no message there and the call doesn’t show on either my recent or missed call log.
I’ve checked all my phone settings and its not a withheld number so no idea why the calls don’t ring like all my other calls. The result is I’ve missed several calls from my doctor and have now asked him to only call me on my landline number.
Any suggestions what the problem might be or a solution?
