HELP cant send texts

None of my messages are sending, saying they have failed. I have done a network reset and it still isn’t working

Hey @Shelby Ford, if you’re using an Android device, could you please try the following for me? 

  • On your device, open Messages
  • At the top right, tap Settings
  • Tap Chat features
  • Toggle 'Enable chat features' to OFF
  • Try to send a message again

 

If you’re using an iPhone, please try the following:

  • Turn off iMessage (Settings > Messages)
  • Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)
  • Tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct
  • If it is not correct, please enter the correct number
  • Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)
  • Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under "Start new conversations from:"
