Can't get into account!


I'm trying to get a password reminder so I can get into my account. I'm entering my Idmobile number, surname and DOB and keep getting the response "The details you've entered are incorrect. Please try again." I've been trying for ages now and getting nowhere. It's driving me crazy that I can't actually speak to anyone! Does anyone have any advice please? Thanks so much.

The mobile app and the online accounts are down, so no wonder your cannot get access to yours. I had the same issue today, when tried to login to my account and just kept on getting error message that details don’t match, even though they did. They are aware of this technical issue and are apparently on it, but no idea how long it’ll take to fix. 

There’s big orange banner at the top of this page stating the issue.
