I can not use my phone as it has been removed from your system

Alternatively, you can speak to the FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams so they can submit a disconnection for you.

Here’s a new idea!

 

As somebody that sells telephone services, may you could call me? Oh dear you can’t as my (your) network doesn’t work on my phone!

Okay @liz_T, sorry you’ve got trouble with your phone and iD SIM card, but iD Mobile are quite clear that their help & support is 100% online - they don’t provide telephone support.

Anyway, good luck.
