data add on while roaming

Hi, I’ve added 3gb of data as my allowance ran out while roaming in Bulgaria.   Please can someone let me know if this add on is valid for roaming as I’ve received a message saying I’ll be charged 10.24/100MB now. Thanks

I’m sorry to hear this, add ons should work while roaming in one of our 50 roam like home countries, which Bulgaria is, I’d recommend contacting us on the Live Chat so we can offer more instant support!
