Why, when I have phone reception bars, am I not receiving calls?

My phone is showing signal bars for calls whilst I’m at home but when people call me it rings on their end but not on mine so I don’t know people have called unless they leave a voicemail?

How long has this issue been ocurring for?

What’s the full postcode of the impacted area?

Have you just joined iD Mobile?

I believe it has been occurring since I joined iD mobile a month ago. LN6 9NS

I’ve checked the postcode LN6 9NS and can’t see any outages showing on the checker: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/uk-coverage-checker

If it’s been raised already, this will be passed to our TechTeam who will look into this further and troubleshoot.

Hi @Mohammed, this was raised to the tech team over 2 weeks ago and have seen no improvement?

Have you got a Wi-Fi network at home @M.Mutch?

If you have and your handset supports Wi-Fi Calling, you could use the iD WiFi Call service to call and text at home - it might be more reliable than iD mobile network.

Hello @M.Mutch,

Our TechTeam would usually troubleshoot, getting examples and raising to Three UK.

Can you advise if any examples were sent over to them and what the latest update was?
