I have received the Sim card. There was nothing else in the bag advising me what the ID mobile number is. i intend to use my old number but have a PAC code but no good as I dont have the ID mobile number to use to transfer my existing number it over to ID. Transfer No is 435342399 Re order 122868968.
If I cant get this sorted quickly will cancel transfer and leave . #Thank you

FYI, all new iD SIM cards are supplied already activated. So, just pop your new iD SIM into a phone, call another mobile and ask them for your new number.
Alternatively, use your mobile and new SIM to call your own landline (if you have one), use 1471 for last caller’s number.
Finally, this is a public forum, so anybody on the Internet can read your transfer no. and order reference.

The number is emailed to you when you make the purchase and the contract is connected.
