Hi i have unlimited data but finding it hard to use my mobile phone internet on my laptop , even with the mobile sitting beside the laptop it’s very slow and sometimes goes off or lost connection, is there a dongle i can get or something useful to boost up my signal from mobile to laptop

I’m sorry to hear this, unfortunately we don’t offer any boosters or dongles for stronger signal, have you checked your area on the iD Mobile coverage checker to make sure your area is covered with us and Three UK’s signal?
