I have 4g signal from Movistar but there is not internet connection, seems to be a common issue with APN setting. Tried network reset, phone on off etc etc

+26While you’ve got the Wi-Fi turned ON on your iPhone, I don’t think the Mobile Network settings can be accessed
To get at the APN settings, make sure Wi-Fi networking is turned OFF.
