End of contract, no plans available?

My 24month contract ends tomorrow and I have fully paid off my phone. I want to switch to a sim only contract and I pressed “change my plan” in my account last night and a green message came up to wait half an hour. I checked again and nothing has happened, but now each time I try to change my plan a message comes up saying there’s no plans for me to change to??? My contract ends tomorrow and I do not want to carry on paying the same amount I want a SIM deal.

You should be able to UPGRADE to an iD SIM only plan when your 24-month contract ends @Marta Andres.

I don’t think you can change plan until your current contract ends.

Maybe try from your My iD Account online at https://my.idmobile.co.uk.

Hi @Marta Andres

 

You’ll be able to upgrade to a SIM only plan once your contract’s minimum term has been reached, I’d recommend double checking once this date has been reached.
