charged for upgrade but not received phone

I ordered a new phone which I think was expected in stock in December. I’ve just looked at my billing and I’m already being charged for it. How is this possible when I don’t even have the phone yet? Still in the cooling off period, am I best just cancelling and going elsewhere as seems impossible to talk to someone about it?

Have you since received it?

Expected stock dates can be moved earlier if we receive stock earlier than expected.
