Poor network

Hi, I joined ID mobile just over a week ago and my network seems to be very poor. 

In several different locations I seem to have no Internet despite when I do the network checker it states I should have either 4G or 5G.

I have been back to carphone warehouse and they have said all of the settings are correct on my phone.

Can't work out how to do a live chat but if I don't get this resolved I will need to move to a new network.

Please help

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with your signal coverage, I’d recommend double checking the iD Mobile Coverage Checker here and the Three Outage Checker here to make sure there aren’t any outages in your area and the areas you’re in are rated for our (Three UK’s) signal.

 

If you’re unhappy with the signal you’re getting you can return the contract on this basis, as you’ve purchased just over a week ago there should be no issue doing this, I’d recommend double checking our page on returns and cancellations here or if you’d prefer we can get in contact and assist with cancelling.
