Hi, I joined ID mobile just over a week ago and my network seems to be very poor.
In several different locations I seem to have no Internet despite when I do the network checker it states I should have either 4G or 5G.
I have been back to carphone warehouse and they have said all of the settings are correct on my phone.
Can't work out how to do a live chat but if I don't get this resolved I will need to move to a new network.
Please help
