Hi @Stevo2525,

Welcome to the Community!

Have you checked your bill as this provides a full breakdown of what you have been charged for?

However in most cases higher bills are due to a change of billing date due to a direct debit date change, which results in a higher bill due to being charged for a longer period.

If you require further assistance, you can get back to us here.

The extra charge in the bill says   UK   £4.88

Normally UK bill is £0.00 every month, but I do not even know what this UK charge is, I have never spent any more than my current contract limit, in fact I use this sim sparingly and do not even use it that much, so I would like to know the exact details of this extra charge.

There has been no change with my debit card billing date

Hello @Stevo2525,

UK refers to out of plan spend.

This can be MMS messages, out of plan usage if you went over your allowance or even calls to 084 and 087 numbers.

If you view your latest bill that has the charges, you will be able to scroll down the pages.

You will then find an itemised listing of the charges and the date as well as number for calls/mms.
