Hi - I need proof that ID Mobile has blocked my stolen handset / Sim. I can see this has happened via my account (13th January), but need an email as confirmation please for my insurance provider. Apparently the IMEI is still showing up as being active.
Can I request that the IMEI handset and Sim has definitely been blocked and receive confirmation of this to my messages?
Also can I please request confirmation of ownership of this IMEI for my insurance provider.
Obviously please do not block the active sim as this is my replacement one!
