Help Required regarding my new plan.

I changed plans on the 2nd of Jan, for 5GB of data, unlimited calls and text. The plan changed over fine. But now it's showing that my total data allowance is only 3GB and I only have 2.9GB left to last 15days. I get that when you change plans you get a pro rato bill, but the overall allowance is less than I signed up for? Please help.

Hey @Jakki Shopland,

You should see this update next month when the bill refreshes.

You have received a pro-rata amount for this mounth hence why it’s showing 2.9GB.

Check again when your plan refreshes and let us know if you have any issues.

Your overall allowance should also update then.
