Upgrade from 12 month sim only to mobile phone monthly.


I have had a  monthly sim only deal for some time before I upgraded to a 12 monthly sim only deal.
The 12 monthly contract finishes in 13 days.
I would like to upgrade to a mobile phone monthly contract. But when I look at my upgrade options it only shows sim only deals. Are there any loyalty discount deals available to me?

Your best bet is to call our Sales Team on  0207 1391 397 to discuss this.

Odd that you can’t see any new deals for handset plans.

Are you clicking My Account Upgrade 

 

Have you also checked both the website logging in there and the app?

After I posted this, the upgrade path showed up on both my computer and app. 
All done now.
