Live chat has been unavailable for some time with the following message.

Anyone got any ideas on whether this is an issue with my phone or just ID Mobile being rubbish as usual?
PS I'm trying to access live chat on my mobile on mobile Internet so ID are my administrator.

The live chat service won’t work in the same browser as the iD Community (i.e. https://community.idmobile.co.uk), whenever you’re signed-in to your iD Community account,
Use a different browser for https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, or sign-out of the iD Community.

The error message you mentioned is happening with any link on the id mobile email for me

Are you able to try the same link in a different browser or incognito browser?

So the idmobile mobile website won't work in Chrome unless you copy and paste the address into an incognito tab. Strange

It may be your cache and cookies, so it may be worth clearing them.
However glad to hear that you got it to work in incognito.

No it's not the cache or cookies. It doesn't work in Chrome or AOL which is powered by Chrome

Usually Cookies/extensions will block this from loading.
If the error you get is “URL Not Supported” then it’s down to cookies.
