new SIM card is not working

My new SIM card is not working, tested in a handset that has previousy had an iD Mobile SIM in it and it’s definately not the handsets that are the issue. How do I order a new one?

You can also pick-up a replacement iD SIM from any Currys store.

Have you seen the article linked by @andewhite above and gotten a replacement SIM?

 

Has the replacement SIM solved the issue?
