Is it possible to calculate how much a bill would cost once the phone has been paid off at the end of the 24 month contract and you are then only paying for allowances?

It will increase, not decrease. You will be subject to two annual price rises during your 24-month minimum term and, going by this year's increase, you could be paying 28% more per month than you were when you started.
So either cancel at the end of your minimum term or switch to a SIM only plan.

You can text INFO DDMMYY where DDMMYY is your date of birth in that format to the number 85075 and this will give the current estimated termination fee.
But this is simply for cancelling.
As
Simply log into your account in the last 30-days, select My Account > Upgrade and find SIM Only to do this.
No credit check is needed for this and no new Direct Debit 😊
