Blackview A55 Pro and Mobile Data

I moved my Sim card to my new Blackview phone but I can’t access mobile data. My phone becpomes redundant if I don’t have access to wifi. Blackview support suggest I update the APN. Can anyone tell me how to do this.

Thanks but have discovered that iD doesn’t support Blackview phones. Have wasted hours trying to get this to work. So frustrating.

Do any of the UK mobile networks support Blackview phones?

Hey @Joonee,

We don’t support this device as one of the approved handsets.

You can try the APN settings to see if this works.

I have a Blackview A70 and used the APN settings above, but also with 

APN protocol: IPv4

APN roaming protocol: IPv4

And that works (those additional settings were for A7 but works ok).
