calls and text not receiving after port

Hi,

My number has been ported from giffgaff to ID mobile . But there seems to be great error.

Only a very few people can call me. But most numbers can't call or text my number. At the same time when I request verification from what's app and they try calling or sending me sms it doesn't come through. I saw when my partner calling me or a friend it shows invalid number. Can you please help me ASAP. The port date was 19th June.

Hi @Smahmed,

Welcome to the Community!

Ports can take until 10pm to complete on the port date.

It’s always worth restarting the handset as that can refresh things.

Does the original iD Mobile number show when you call?

I would also advise updating your mobile number in your settings.
