Calls dropping with "Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number"

During voice calls from my new iD Mobile SIM from Derby over 4G to my parents in Kent on TalkMobile (4G network) with a full/nearly full signal, after a few minutes conversation the calls drop to the following error message-

“Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number.”

Browsing these forums, it looks like when this happened in 2020 it was likely due to a recent network misconfiguration issue.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Is this a known issue right now?

When will it be fixed?

Same for me. What I cant understand is why there is no way of formally reporting and getting a response, or is there?. Wonted be staying once my contract has expired as service has been poor.

Sorry, meant to click Like not Solved.  Very definitely not solved.  Any way to undo "Solved"?
